This pepper was sooo good. I am not usually a fan of green bell pepper however, this wonderful little pepper is delicious. It has a light green bell pepper flavor. For some reason the pepper did not turn red until after I picked it and it sat for a few days in the kitchen. When it turned red, it did have a slightly sweeter taste. I will definitely grow these again next year.
